Chemical Ali

Long time no see blogging world! This time around we celebrate the death of Ali Hassan al-Majeed, aka Chemical Ali. He was finally executed today at the age of 68. That brought a big 32 points to Dan, Rob and myself. Not much change in the standings except that Dan has leapt into the top four. Dave still has a pretty resounding lead...bastard.

But they can certainly put Johnny Castle in a coffin.

In a surprise to no one Patrick Swayze finally succumbed to the incurable pancreatic cancer that he contracted. This death netted everyone a big 43 points, pushing our numbers to the highest that it has ever been. This gives Dave the lead with a whopping 136 points, I am second with 83 and Rob is right behind with 81.

Oh, by everyone having him I meant everyone but Drew, who inexplicably left him off.

Michelle wants to do fantasy football. Anyone want to start a league?

Ted Kennedy

Everybody had Teddy Kennedy except Drew and Rob, suckaz! This has allowed Dave to move into the lead by himself with a whopping 96 points. This was also my third death this year bringing me up to 40 points.

Finally

Walter Kronkite died & for the first time EVAH I have death pool points. Mark it!

8-Bit Weezer

Since Drew has decided that he hates his readers, I guess that somebody should pick up the mantle of unreasonable expectations. I will be that somebody!

To that wit here is an 8-bit tribute to Weezer. All musical instruments have been replaced by the noises from our youth, mostly NES sounds. El Scorcho is definitely a win.
